Saturday Football for children

Saturday football for children aged 4 to 13. We are based in Solihull and play our games at Hampton FC and Lighthall School Astroturf.

Little League Football aims to provide organised football for children of all abilities, both boys and girls. Little League Football’s ethos is founded on:

✓ Enthusiasm and friendship

✓ Mass participation

✓ A strong community involvement

✓ Team spirit, self-discipline and sportsmanship

✓ High standards of organisation

We are adamant that “win at any cost” mentalities are inappropriate for our age group of team sports.

Solihull Little League has been in operation for over 24 years and follows the Little League Football rules and principles. Our primary goals have not changed to this day:

“Solihull Little League prides itself on its strong community involvement. The emphasis is on mass participation rather than elitism, on enthusiasm and effort rather than talent. Players, as well as their parents, are encouraged to develop team spirit, self-discipline, and sportsmanship.”.

Solihull Little League is for boys and girls in reception through to year 8.
We have two age groups: •

Juniors Reception to year 5
Seniors Years 5 to 8.
